Review of Hide Me, Love Me by Albert W. Hanne II (unpublished), review by Valerie C.

I just downloaded and read this book. It is an interesting historical novel about people and their lives during World War II. I found it well-detailed about the situations historically, but dry in terms of character development and drawing the reader in.

However, the story is sweet in some sense because it ends happily, and therefore I recommend that others read and enjoy it. The times it describes are ancient history to me, and some of the writing style is quaint because of how characters interact emotionally, but perhaps that is just that I am a woman and for me books need to be centered on the relationships between the characters.
