Review of That Little Hardback by Chuck Borough, reviewed by Sonnet Erin Brown

Title: That Little Hardback
Author: Chuck Borough
Genre: nonfiction, meditational
Reviewer: Sonnet Erin Brown (New Orleans, Louisiana, USA)
Rating: 4 of 5 stars

Borough’s book serves as a kind of meditational with over 800 thoughts about life, love and happiness. Some of the thoughts are profound comments on the world around us, while others scientific observations. At times, they are deeply spiritual; at times, slightly irreverent. It is a delightful blend of thought-provoking insight and tongue-in-cheek humor.

At the end of the book are four essays written by the author—his own personal experiences and thoughts. The essays are much like the comments—thought-provoking and inspiring. All in all, this is a great book for any intellectual who enjoys pondering his or her own existence—with an occasional chuckle along the way.
