This book has a worthy premise: can we use technology to counteract the more violent hurricanes whose creation was, in all likelihood, due to our use of technology. Unfortunately, Benjamin Blue's _Storm Killer_ undercuts its interesting premise with cardboard characters, cliched dialogue, and miserable editing (constant spelling errors are inexcusable in a 6th grade paper, let alone a published novel).
